Our Vision: To create a revolutionary, first of its kind autism-focused charter school in Texas to serve as a gold standard across the country as the best academic model for students with autism with proven results.

Our Mission: To cultivate a high quality, innovative environment for individuals with autism that provides access to services needed to empower each individual to thrive.


 Purpose: Thrive Center For Success is a new autism-focused, tuition-free public charter school located in Magnolia, TX. Our school opened in August 2022 and combines Applied Behavior Analysis, the gold standard treatment for autism, and academics in one setting. Thrive has low student-to-teacher ratios and staff highly trained in working with students with autism. This is the first school of its kind in Texas and is breaking new ground to give hope to families with children on the autism spectrum.

Student Enrollment Parameters: Thrive Center for Success, currently serves Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. Thrive plans to continue to add a grade level each year up to 12th grade.
Our new  application enrollment period will begin on December 1st, 2025
and will close on February 5th, 2026 at 3pm for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The lottery for the 2026-27 school year will be held on February 6th, 2026. Thrive is also continuing to accept applications for the 2025-2026 school year. These students will be added to our current waitlist.

Elements of Learning:

  • Incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis into academics and behavior 
  • Providing Individual Learning Plans for each child 
  • Having low teacher to student ratios depending on the needs of each child 
  • Using multi-age flexible groupings in each classroom 
  • Having staff highly trained in working with children with autism 
  • Having specialized therapists on site 
  • Using a multi-faceted team approach to monitor and track each child’s progress with regular communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and therapists 
  • Transitioning students to neighborhood schools when ready
