Mary Elizabeth Mueller comes to Thrive with over 20 years of experience in the education field. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor’s degree in 2002. She then entered the field of early childhood education by teaching Pre-Kindergarten, she advanced to the Director of Operations for the preschool. After that she began her career in public education serving as a inclusion teacher, reading interventionist, and behavior interventionist for Conroe ISD. She worked for Conroe ISD for 10 years before entering the world of charter schools. In 2017, she assisted in opening the SHSU charter school in The Woodlands. She served as a 1st grade teacher, lead teacher, and curriculum specialist for the district for the past 7 years. She believes strongly in charter schools and providing a free quality and specialized education for each student. Mary Elizabeth resides in Spring with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.
