Dr. Lauren Link

Dr. Lauren Link serves as the BCBA Director and CABAS® Instructional Coach at Thrive Center for Success. In this role, she leads the BCBA team, provides intensive CABAS® training to all staff, and supports the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices across the school. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D), Dr. Link brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University and completed her PhD in Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she studied under the founder of the CABAS® model. Her advanced training and experience continue to guide her work in developing effective instructional systems at Thrive.
Since joining Thrive in July of 2024, Dr. Link has played a key role in advancing the school’s mission through staff development, systems-level coaching, and curriculum design. She runs a CABAS® Academy course to help teachers understand the scientific foundations of their daily practice and will be leading parent training initiatives to further strengthen school–home collaboration.
Dr. Link brings to her work a background in early childhood and elementary education, with five years of classroom teaching experience from pre-K through third grade. Her research on instruction and curriculum design, including her dissertation titled "The Effects of Equivalence-Based Instruction on Mathematical Problem-Solving," continues to inform her passion for creating inclusive and effective learning environments. Originally from New York, Dr. Link is proud to call The Woodlands home as she helps ensure that every student at Thrive has the opportunity to succeed.
