About the Program
The Robotics Club will utilize the Makeblock 3-in-1 program to introduce students to foundational robotics and engineering concepts through hands-on, project-based learning. Senior and more experienced students will assist in guiding younger participants as they build, program, and test a variety of robotic models using the Makeblock platform. All activities will be closely supervised by either myself or Megan to ensure safety, proper use of equipment, and effective instruction.
Through this program, students will develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic coding skills while gaining practical experience with mechanical design and robotics systems. In addition to technical learning, the collaborative nature of the Makeblock projects will encourage teamwork, communication, and peer mentorship, helping students build confidence and strengthen their social skills in a structured and supportive environment.
