Supporting Growth Through Unique Programs

CABAS at Thrive

At Thrive Center for Success, all instruction is ABA-based and guided by the CABAS® model (Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling), a research-driven framework developed at Columbia University. Using the CABAS® approach and the ELCAR (Early Learner Curriculum and Achievement Record) curriculum, instruction is individualized, data-driven, and taught to mastery. Students are at the center of the system, and their progress guides instructional decisions, ensuring learning occurs at each student’s precise instructional level.

Our Programs

Thrive offers a comprehensive range of academic, social, and therapeutic programs designed to support the whole learner. Across classrooms and grade levels, students receive instruction in academics, verbal behavior, social skills, self-management, and independence. Programs incorporate evidence-based curricula and structured interventions, including individualized academic instruction, social skills groups, electives, and therapeutic supports such as speech and occupational therapy. All programs apply CABAS® principles—ongoing assessment, data collection, and targeted instruction—to ensure each student receives meaningful, measurable support aligned with their individual needs.
